Description
The JMM friction electic winch models include JMM10, JMM16, JMM20, JMM32, and JMM55, mainly used for long-distance guidance and large-scale program lifting of various large and extra large alkali and steel structures, as well as steel cables and cables. Its characteristics include constant wire rope speed and smooth lifting. Suitable for the construction of various bridges, ports, docks, and other road and bridge projects, as well as the installation of large factories, mines, and power engineering equipment.
Working Condition
1. Choose installation location: An electric hoist should be installed in a flat, sturdy, and obstacle free location. The ground should have sufficient load-bearing capacity to withstand the weight of the winch and its load.
2. Fixed installation base: In order to prevent the winch from moving or tilting during operation, it must be installed on a fixed base. The base should be made of sturdy materials and fixed to the ground by bolts or steel nails.
3. Installation and adjustment: During the installation process, correct and stable installation should be carried out according to the specific type and specifications of the winch, ensuring the completeness, correct assembly and adjustment of accessories to ensure the normal operation of the winch
4. Grounding protection: The power cord of the electric hoist must be grounded to ensure personal safety. Grounding can be achieved by installing a grounding rod to connect the power cord
Connect to the grounding rod. 5. Environmental requirements: The electric coupon hoist should be installed in a dry, non corrosive gas, and well ventilated environment. Avoid installing it in damp, acid-base environments, or flammable places.
Features
When the friction type JMM electric winch is working, the steel wire rope does not wrap around the drum, and the working principle is the same as the movement of the belt and pulley.
