Description
The YZR and YZ series motors are suitable for driving various lifting machinery and metallurgical auxiliary equipment, with high overload capacity and mechanical strength, especially suitable for short-term or intermittent operation, frequent starting, braking, and equipment with vibration and impact.
The insulation level of electric motors is divided into two types: F level and H level.
Class F is suitable for general locations where the cooling medium temperature does not exceed 40 ℃;
H-class is suitable for metallurgical sites where the cooling medium temperature does not exceed 60 ℃, and both electric motors have the same parameters.
Working Condition
1. The temperature of the cooling medium shall not exceed 60 ℃ (for metallurgical motors) or 40 ℃ (for lifting motors).
2. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters.
3. Frequent and significant mechanical vibrations and impacts.
4. The motor can operate normally under the following load conditions.
5. The rated frequency of the motor is 50 Hz and the rated voltage is 380 volts.
6. Connection method: stator winding with power of 132 kW and less than 132 kW.
Features
Short time working system (S2): Operate at a constant load for a given time, and stop and cut off power for a period of time before reaching thermal stability, allowing the motor to cool again to a temperature difference of less than 2K from the cooling medium.
Intermittent cycle working system (S3): It is a series of identical working cycles, each cycle including a period of constant load operation time and a period of stopping and energy interruption time (conversion method). In this type, the starting current of each cycle has no significant impact on the temperature rise of the motor; Every 10 minutes is a work cycle, which means starting six times per hour.
Intermittent Periodic Working System with Start (S4): It is a series of identical working cycles, each cycle including a starting time, a constant load running time, and a stop and disconnect time. The number of starts per hour is divided into 150, 300, and 600.
Intermittent periodic working system with electric braking (S5): It is a series of identical working cycles, each cycle consisting of a starting time, a constant load running time, a fast electric braking time, and a stop and energy outage time (the structure of the motor). The various starting and braking states of the motor need to be converted into equivalent full starting times per hour based on equivalent heating, Determine the rating of the motor based on the equivalent number of full starts, and convert it into a typical example (conversion method).
