Description
Container spreader refers to a special spreader for loading and unloading containers, which is connected with the top corner accessories of the container through the twistlocks at the four corners of its end beam, and the opening and closing of the twistlock is controlled by the driver, and the container loading and unloading operation is carried out.
According to its structural characteristics, container spreaders can be divided into four types: fixed, master-slave, child-mother and telescopic. On the basis of the telescopic spreader, the rotary spreader, the double-box spreader and the movable double-box spreader are derived.
Working Condition
1.The telescopic control mechanism can be composed of an oil pump, an oil cylinder, a chain, a sprocket and a push rod. When the high-pressure oil enters a cylinder, the piston rod mainly moves the push rod back and forth through the industrial chain, so that the telescopic arm can be adjusted in the range of 20’~40′.
2.The locking mechanism consists of a locking cylinder, a connecting rod, a crank, a locking shaft and a locking shaft head. When the lock shaft head is inserted into the elliptical hole in the corner of the box, the driver receives the signal, turns the lock shaft and locks the hanger with the container.
3.The guide jaw device uses the bell mouth of the guide jaw to automatically align and assemble the swing lock of the spreader.
