Description
The magnetic pole structure of the lifting electromagnet used for lifting wire coils of MW19 can adapt to different diameters of coils. The selection of electromagnets depends on the length of the disc. Multiple bundles of coils can be lifted along the length direction of the electromagnet, or along the width direction. Multiple sets can be used in parallel and can be connected or disconnected separately, making it convenient for loading operations.
Working Condition
1. When the temperature of the suction material is below 100 ℃, please choose a normal temperature lifting electromagnet; If the temperature exceeds 100 ℃, please choose a high-temperature lifting electromagnet; If the temperature exceeds 600 ℃, please choose ultra-high temperature lifting electromagnets.
2. When the duration of power on exceeds 60%, please choose high-frequency lifting electromagnets.
3. When lifting materials in water, please choose a submersible type (with a diving depth not exceeding 100m). The parameters of the submersible lifting electromagnet are the same as those of the room temperature type. If the user requires a diving type, please specify it when placing an order.
4. Surrounding environment temperature: room temperature type -5 ℃~40 ℃, high temperature type -5 ℃~50 ℃. The altitude does not exceed 2000m.
5. Equipment matching: The power (current) of the rectification control equipment is greater than or equal to the sum of the cold state power (current) of a single or multiple units.
6. The lifting height of the crane determines the wiring length of the cable drum, and the sum of the lifting electromagnetic current determines the cross-sectional area of the cable. The number of lifting electromagnets and their grouping determine the number of cable cores on the cable reel.
7. Determine the specifications of the inverter based on the type of brake (holding brake) for the main lifting winch (divided into AC and DC brakes).
8. The requirements for lifting materials include the length, width, thickness, bundle diameter, bundle width and number of sheets, pieces, bundles, tonnage, etc.
