Description
The rail-mounted container gantry crane (English abbreviation RMG) is one of the special machines for container yards. It uses mains electricity to move on the track through the traveling wheels, and is equipped with 20′, 40′ retractable spreaders (can also be equipped as needed) Double container spreader), lift and stack containers within the specified range of the container yard. Compared with RTG (tired container gantry crane), RMG has the advantages of being driven by mains electricity, pollution-free, can increase the lifting capacity and lifting speed, and the truck can lift goods and move quickly. This machine consists of a lifting mechanism, a trolley operating mechanism, a cart mechanism, an anti-rolling mechanism, etc. The lifting, cart and trolley mechanisms are mostly controlled by AC frequency conversion. The lifting mechanism is generally in the form of a single drum, and can also be designed as a double drum open type according to needs.
Working Condition
1. Metal structures and mechanical parts should have sufficient strength, stiffness and buckling resistance.
First of all, it is required that parts and metal structures are not damaged after being loaded. For parts such as steel wire ropes with complex stress states, static strength calculations are usually performed with a higher safety factor based on the main load and main deformation form. It must also be required that the deformation of the component under load is within the allowable range, that is, it should have sufficient stiffness.
2. The whole machine must have relatively high anti-overturning stability.
3. The prime mover has the power to meet other requirements, and the braking device should provide the necessary braking torque.
