There are many types of grab crane grabs. First, according to the driving mode, it can be divided into manual, electric, and hydraulic. The working process of grab crane is to lift the grab to the appropriate position by wire rope, lower the opening and closing wire rope of the grab, and rely on the deadweight of the lower beam to force the grab to open with the main axis of the lower beam as the center. When the grab is opened to the point where it collides with the bumper of the ear plate, the grab is opened to the maximum limit.
When the grab is opened, the center distance between the upper beam pulley and the lower beam pulley increases, and then the wire rope falls, and the opened grab is dropped on the bulk material to be grabbed, and then the opening and closing wire rope is reeled in to restore the center distance between the upper beam pulley and the lower beam pulley to the original position, thus completing the material grabbing process. The closed grab bucket is filled with materials, and finally the opening and closing wire rope is lifted and runs to the required unloading site via the track. The grab bucket opens to unload the grabbed bulk material.
