1.KPD series low-voltage rail-powered electric flat cars: ordinary voltage is reduced to 36V safe voltage and connected to the track, and the flat car motor is powered by the track. It has the advantages of high safety performance, no fear of scalding, no fear of smashing, and no hindrance to cross transportation. This series can be divided into KPD type, KPDS type, and KPDZ type according to the different motors used. Among them, KPD type uses a two-phase 380V motor, KPDS type uses a three-phase 380V ordinary motor, and KPDZ type uses a two-phase DC motor;
2.KPJ type cable drum powered electric rail car: powered by cable drum AC 380V, the cable drum is hysteresis coupling type, which can ensure that the cable is evenly stressed and not easily damaged. AC 380V provides power to the YZ lifting metallurgy motor on the flat car, and the motor drives the flat car to run. Affected by the power supply length of the reel, the general running distance is less than 200m;
3.KPC type safety busbar powered electric railcar: A trench is opened on the side of the track, a safety busbar is installed in the trench, and a cover plate fixed to the ground with a hinge on one side is laid on the trench. When the electric flat car is running, the cover plate is lifted up through the trench flap device installed on the flat car. The flap device contains a cable connected to the safety busbar collector. The electric flat car is automatically put back to the ground through the rear cover plate, which can ensure the smooth passage of trackless vehicles without being restricted by the running distance;
4.KPT type cable-powered electric rail car: one end of the cable is connected to the ground power supply, and then introduced into the control box through the cable pulley and the traction wire rope, and then provides power to the YZ motor on the flat car to drag the flat car to run, but the running distance cannot be too long, generally not more than 50m, otherwise it is easy to entangle the cable;
5.KPX battery-powered electric railcar: powered by batteries, the batteries provide power to the DC traction motor, and the DC motor drags the flat car. It has the advantages of not easy to burn, large starting torque, strong overload capacity, unlimited running distance, no insulation requirements for the track, convenient construction and low cost;
6.RGV (railway shuttle): According to different functions, it can be divided into assembly type RGV system and transport type RGV system. According to different movement modes, it can be divided into circular track type and linear reciprocating type. The circular track type RGV system can have multiple vehicles working at the same time, and generally uses aluminum alloy tracks, which is relatively expensive; the linear reciprocating type generally includes an RGV system for reciprocating motion, and mostly uses steel rails as tracks, which is relatively low in cost, but the efficiency is also lower than the circular RGV system. It can run on a straight or circular track, with a travel speed of 200m/min, can communicate with the host computer or WMS system, and combine RFID, barcode and other identification technologies to realize automatic identification, storage and retrieval and other functions.
