Lifting Magnet for Bundling Bars

The lifting electromagnet uses a unique magnetic circuit structure, which has the characteristics of good heat dissipation, deep magnetic penetration, and the ability to penetrate multiple air gaps. It can lift unbundled or simply bundled bars, flat irons, angle steels, etc., and can improve the problem of large winding when lifting small round steel, threaded steel, etc.

When the lifting electromagnet is used outdoors, please take some waterproof measures; when the product uses 380V voltage, convert it to 220V, please protect the 380V power supply slightly, and do not magnetize for a long time when using it.

1. Determine or select the hanging beam and installation method according to specific requirements.
2. Check the output parameters of the supporting power control equipment and cable reel equipment, which should meet the requirements of the electromagnet.
3. Connect the cable connector between the cable reel and the electromagnet, turn on the power, and conduct a test run of the electromagnet for 0.5-1h. If there is no abnormality, it can be put into normal use.
4. When two units are used together, the distance between them is half the length of the material.
5. When not in use, the electromagnet must not be allowed to stay, linger, or be stored in a high temperature area.
6. The voltage error is allowed to be no more than ±10%.
7. Do not power on the electromagnet before it is placed stably on the surface of the object being sucked. It is strictly forbidden to use the electromagnet as a walking hammer.
